Unable to learn 7 card stud poker

I have been trying my best to learn the 7 Card Stud Poker from my friend but its rule got me so confused as I was accustomed to the Texas holdem poker which I grew up playing with. I guess when it comes to poker, it really is the texas holdem which is king of them all. I learned to play this back when I was 12 years old as my dad and his mates usually hung around in our house and had a poker session every weekend and one time he taught me and from then on, I practiced and played with my dads friends till I myself got good enough to be joining local contests in our town.

Now even if I don’t have anyone to play with, there is always the internet and I can go for online poker as this is still the same and I can even play this while I am relaxing in bed before I sleep. I never though of gambling as bad because I know it depends on the players how they use this game for and for myself, its simply because I enjoy the game and it helps me relax from the stresses of life.
